Submission Guidelines
We take content quality seriously. These rules help us maintain the trust our readers place in Concord P2C.
1. Relevance is non-negotiable: Your topic must fall within one of the categories listed above. Off-topic submissions will not be reviewed.
2. Original content only: Every submission must be 100% unique and not published, submitted, or scheduled for publication anywhere else. We run plagiarism checks on all articles.
3. Word count, 800 to 2,000 words: This range gives you enough room to cover a topic thoroughly without padding. Aim for depth, not length.
4. Write with facts, not opinions alone: If you make a claim, back it up. Cite credible sources, link to data, and attribute quotes properly.
5. No promotional or self-serving content: We do not accept thinly veiled advertisements, affiliate-heavy posts, or articles that exist solely to push a product, service, or brand.
6. Proper formatting matters: Use clear subheadings (H2, H3), short paragraphs, and bullet points where helpful. Include at least one relevant, royalty-free image (minimum 1200 x 800 px).
7. Tone should be informative, clear, and conversational: Write as though you are explaining something important to a smart friend. Be authoritative without being stuffy, and accessible without dumbing it down.
8. Links must be relevant and trustworthy: You may include up to two outbound links within your article and one link in your author bio. All links must point to high-authority, non-competing sources.
9. Include a short author bio: Two to three sentences about yourself, along with a headshot and a link to your website or social profile.
10. We reserve the right to edit: Concord P2C may edit submissions for grammar, style, clarity, formatting, and SEO before publication. Major changes will be discussed with you first.
How to Submit?
You can send us either a pitch (a brief outline of your proposed article) or a complete draft. Finished drafts get reviewed faster since we can evaluate your writing quality right away.
Send your submission as a Google Doc link (with view access enabled) or as a Word document attached to our email, Avery@concordp2c.com.In the subject line, write “Guest Post Submission” followed by your proposed title. Our editorial team typically responds within 5 to 7 business days.
